Your satisfaction is our top priority. So, if you do need to make a return, you’re welcome to return your order within 14 days of purchase. As we care about everyone's health and hygiene, the products must be unused in sealed packaging and resalable condition.
Glamfinity will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of purchase; due to hygiene the product(s) must be unused in sealed packaging and resalable condition. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for delivery of cosmetic health articles for reasons of health protection and hygiene. Sealed goods are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.In the event your order arrives to you defective or damaged, please email us at info@glamfinity.eu and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please email info@glamfinity.eu. If you place an order and email us straight away, it is not guaranteed that your order will be cancelled as it can take 1-3 Business Days for our Customer Service team to attend to your email. If your order has already processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make any changes.
How do I start the return process?
1. Contact us first with your order number and reason for return by sending us an e-mail (info@glamfinity.eu). We will provide you return instructions and our current return address.
If you wish to make a return due to not being satisfied with the product or the results please contact us with your 100% growth guarantee query.
- Add a note to your package with your name and order number so we can match you up.
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the merchandise. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
- Send the product back to us with tracked shipping trough a courier of your choice.

Glamfinity is not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please retain proof of shipment and/or return authorization number when sending your return. Any items that are subject to customs charges will not be refunded.
- Once received, your return will be handled within 5 working days.
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved.
- The refund will be processed to the original method of payment, unless agreed otherwise with you.
We do not offer return shipping labels; the cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer as we offer free or discounted shipping on initial orders. You will have to pay the shipping cost to return your items.
