Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days. Once the package is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number at the email provided at checkout.

We do not ship to p.o. boxes and military adresses
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items ship, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you don't have one received or the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry. Contact us with your order number and we will solve the problem!
Unexpected delays
In some cases delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times above. External factors may cause shipping delays, such as international customs processing and holidays, which are beyond our control. If your order has not arrived after 20 days, please contact us immediately at info@glamfinity.eu.
Delivery notes
Orders sent to destinations outside of The Netherlands may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering. You will be required to pay any custom fees if liable, to receive your order.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address and we cannot refund or cancel your order. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.
For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
If there is a possibility you may not be home when your parcel is due to arrive, please contact the delivering post company to have your order left in a safe place, or redirected to your nearest Post Office.
